Description
The texture is compact, yet silky to the touch. The microfibrillar structure makes this product excellent for slicing, the moment in which its bouquet of aromas is best released.
It is recommended to cut the slice of Good&Green Cured Ham flavoured thinly and evenly, so as to allow for ideal tasting and handling.
We recommend using the slice format for the preparation of sandwiches, sandwiches or stuffed wraps. Starting from this shape, there are many possibilities and it goes beyond the classic slicing: it is possible to obtain cubes for salads or grind it for tasty ragouts.
