- Veggie slices
- Wholegrain or kamut friselle
- Fresh cheese
- Hemp seed oil
- Moisten the friselle in warm water and dry them.
- Season with a few drops of hemp seed oil.
- Peel the avocado, cut it into thin slices and season with a dew drops of lemon juice to avoid darkening.
- Spread the fresh cheese over the friselle, add a few slices of avocado and a couple of veggie slices.
- Season with pepper.
