Ingredients

  • Veggie slices
  • Wholegrain or kamut friselle
  • Fresh cheese
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Pepper
  • Hemp seed oil

Method

  1. Moisten the friselle in warm water and dry them.
  2. Season with a few drops of hemp seed oil.
  3. Peel the avocado, cut it into thin slices and season with a dew drops of lemon juice to avoid darkening.
  4. Spread the fresh cheese over the friselle, add a few slices of avocado and a couple of veggie slices.
  5. Season with pepper.
