Ingredients
- Mopur® Crunch 100% vegetable flakes with Chicken flavour
- 320 g fusilli
- 6 tablespoons basil pesto
- 150 g little mozzarellas
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- EVO oil, salt to taste
Method
A quick and tasty first course, perfect for summer. The pesto envelops the fusilli, while the little mozzarellas and cherry tomatoes add freshness. The final touch? Mopur® Crunch flakes for a surprising crunch.
Procedure
- Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted water.
- In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the mozzarellas into small pieces.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the pesto.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, small mozzarellas and a drizzle of oil.
- Serve and complete with Mopur® Crunch 100% vegetable flakes with Chicken flavour.
