Ingredients

  • Mopur® Crunch 100% vegetable flakes with Chicken flavour
  • 320 g fusilli
  • 6 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 150 g little mozzarellas
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • EVO oil, salt to taste

Method

A quick and tasty first course, perfect for summer. The pesto envelops the fusilli, while the little mozzarellas and cherry tomatoes add freshness. The final touch? Mopur® Crunch flakes for a surprising crunch.

Procedure

  1. Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted water.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the mozzarellas into small pieces.
  3. Drain the pasta and toss with the pesto.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes, small mozzarellas and a drizzle of oil.
  5. Serve and complete with Mopur® Crunch 100% vegetable flakes with Chicken flavour.
