At the heart of our MopurOne vegetable medallions is Mopur®, an exclusive recipe and production process that together preserve the raw materials used, including cereal and legume flours and sourdough.
Precisely because during all stages there is the utmost care and respect for the ingredients used and a low level of processing, one can speak of Natural Production.
MopurOne vegetable medallions are fresh, which means they do not undergo a freezing process during production or storage.
You will therefore find them on the shelf a few days after the actual production date, ready to be enjoyed at home.
All medallions are quick and easy to prepare. Try them in a frying pan, air fryer or oven.
Remember to remove them from the packet before cooking.
Hot frying pan with a little oil, 3 minutes per side.
Use the ROAST or GRILL function at 195°C for 3 minutes. We recommend lightly greasing the surface of the MopurOne for a crispier result.
Preheat oven to 200°C with GRILL function. Grease the surface of MopurOne and bake 3 minutes per side.
