Ingredients

  • 300g of veggie slices
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • fresh mint
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper

Method

  1. Peel the avocado, remove the core and cut into slices.
  2. Arrange them in a large serving dish together with veggie slices, peeled and sliced radishes and mint leaves.
  3. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
