Salami flavoured food preparation based on wheat gluten and durum wheat flour.
Ingredients: water, wheat gluten 35%, durum wheat flour 7%, natural flavourings, chickpeas flour, sunflower oil, colouring: beetroot red, salt, soft wheat flour, pepper, apple vinegar, flavour, sourdough, garlic.
It may contain lupins, soy and mustard.
