  • Veggie slices
  • Kamut sandwich bread slices
  • Corn lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Paprika powder
  • Rice mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cut the bread slices in two triangles.
  2. Fill with corn lettuce, veggie slices, tomatoes and rice mayonnaise.
  3. Sprinkle some paprika powder a spicy taste. 
  4. You can replace the tomatoes with soybean sprouts for a more delicate taste.
