Description
Thanks to its compact consistency, it can be sliced in thin slices than our other references when it needs to be consumed without cooking it, as it is.
The microfibrillar structure given by the Mopur® patent allows Good&Green Roasted Chicken flavored to be used in different formats and methods: sliced is perfect for filling sandwiches, diced is ideal for salads and cold pasta, minced can be the secret ingredient for your 100% veg ragout and cut into larger cubes it is ideal for stewed cooking.

Water, gluten from wheat 32%, soft wheat flour 9%, sunflower oil, natural flavourings, red lentil flour 5%, flavouring, salt, chickpea flour, durum wheat flour, colouring: beetroot red, chard extract, sourdough 0,06%, white pepper powder, garlic powder. It may contain traces of lupins, soya and mustard.
