Ingredients

  • 400g veggie slices
  • 2 peeled and grilled yellow peppers
  • 150g chickpea hummus
  • 2 fresh oregano sprigs

Method

  1. Place the slices of grilled pepper on transparent plastic kitchen film, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread over chickpea hummus and cover with the veggie slices.
  3. Helping yourself with the plastic film, form the rolls and put aside for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Serve with wild salad.
