Ingredients
- 400g veggie slices
- 2 peeled and grilled yellow peppers
- 150g chickpea hummus
- 2 fresh oregano sprigs
Method
- Place the slices of grilled pepper on transparent plastic kitchen film, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread over chickpea hummus and cover with the veggie slices.
- Helping yourself with the plastic film, form the rolls and put aside for 10 minutes in the fridge.
- Serve with wild salad.
