- Veggie slices
- Beet sprouts
- Hemp seed oil
- Glass jar with hermetic seal
- Place the open glass jar in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Once cold, start placing a layer of soybean sprouts and then the mango cut into small pieces. Season with a few drops of hemp seed oil and bergamot oil.
- Decorate with four veggie slices, beet sprouts, raspberry and currants, previously soaked in warm water for 5 minutes.
