- 300g of gluten-free veggie slices
- 100g diced watermelon
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 3-4 figs
- 50g of pitted black olives
- fresh basil
- 1 cucumber
- olive oil
- In a small bowl, mix the diced watermelon with the diced cucumber. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
- Serve on a platter together with veggie deli slices, chopped walnuts, sliced figs and black olives.
- Complete with fresh basil to enhance flavour.
