  • Veggie slices
  • Rye bread slices pane
  • Chickpea hummus
  • Spinach
  • Dried tomatoes

Cut the rye bread slices in three squares with 5cm width. Lay down the first and spread some hummus over and then cover with spinach. Cover with a second bread layer and spread another layer of hummus over and place a couple of veggie slides, together with a few dried tomatoes. Cover with the third bread cube and serve.
