- Veggie slices
- Rye bread slices pane
- Chickpea hummus
- Dried tomatoes
- Cut the rye bread slices in three squares with 5cm width.
- Lay down the first and spread some hummus over and then cover with spinach.
- Cover with a second bread layer and spread another layer of hummus over and place a couple of veggie slides, together with a few dried tomatoes.
- Cover with the third bread cube and serve.
