The use of blockchain technology allows companies to create a new Direct to Consumer (D2C) communication channel with potential buyers, through which to tell the value of their products in a transparent and reliable way. All the events of the various phases of a production chain can be traced in a secure and immutable way. Tracking on blockchain, in fact, helps to protect Made in Italy and protect brands from counterfeiting and Italian Sounding phenomena, enhancing the uniqueness and history of the products.
