Mopur® Crunch 100% plant-based chicken-flavoured flakes are perfect for those who want to add an extra touch of flavour and protein to their veggie dishes.
In just 5 minutes in a pan or air fryer, they become crispy and transform into a delicious protein addition to poké bowls, salads and many other tasty dishes: each 80g tray contains 26g of protein.

Ingredients
Food preparation based on gluten from wheat, soft wheat flour and red lentil flour.
Water, wheat gluten 32%, wheat flour 9%, aroma, sunflower oil, red lentil flour 5%, natural aroma, chickpea flour, durum wheat semolina, colouring: beet red, beet extract, sourdough, white pepper powder, garlic powder, salt.
It may contain: lupine, soya, mustard.
