Mopur® Selection Beef Flavoured is the 100% plant-based Carpaccio you've been waiting for: innovative texture, intense and overwhelming taste. We have developed a product that will win you over and that you won't be able to do without.
What's different from Mopur® plant-based deli-slices? Each tray still contains 90g, but the slices are thicker, softer and juicier.
What hasn't changed? Mopur® products are still rich in plant-based protein: Mopur® Selection Beef Flavoured has a protein content of 32%, which means that each tray contains 29g of plant-based protein.

Ingredients
Beef flavoured food preparation based on gluten from wheat and durum wheat flour.
Ingredients: water, gluten from wheat 32%, natural flavourings, durum wheat flour 7%, sunflower seeds oil, pea protein, colouring: beetroot red, soft wheat flour, salt, sourdough, pepper, garlic.
It may contain lupins, soy and mustard.
