Ingredients

  • Veggie slices
  • Gluten-free piadina bread
  • Spinach
  • Soy-based cheese
  • Corn lettuce
  • Hemp seed oil pesto

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan and add the piadina when hot.
  2. Cook over medium heat without adding fat or oil for 1-2 minutes each side.
  3. When ready, remove from heat and spread the fresh cheese on one half.
  4. Fill with spinach, veggie slices and hemp seed oil pesto.
  5. You can add cayenne pepper with you want to add a spicy hot touch.
  6. Fold and serve warm.
