- Veggie slices
- Gluten-free piadina bread
- Soy-based cheese
- Corn lettuce
- Hemp seed oil pesto
- Heat a non-stick pan and add the piadina when hot.
- Cook over medium heat without adding fat or oil for 1-2 minutes each side.
- When ready, remove from heat and spread the fresh cheese on one half.
- Fill with spinach, veggie slices and hemp seed oil pesto.
- You can add cayenne pepper with you want to add a spicy hot touch.
- Fold and serve warm.
