- Veggie Deli slices
- Whole-grain or kamut croissant
- Rice mayonnaise
- Fresh lettuce
- Plant-based cheese slices
- Fresh tomatoes cut into slices
Cut the croissant in half. Fill it with crispy lettuce, cheese slice, three veggie slices, tomatoes and rice mayonnaise. The lettuce and fresh tomatoes can be replaced by rocket leaves and dried tomatoes. Serve cold of hot to enhance flavours.
