{"id":169,"date":"2022-03-11T10:24:53","date_gmt":"2022-03-11T09:24:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.felsineoveg.com\/en\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=169"},"modified":"2026-04-10T10:05:05","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T08:05:05","slug":"vegetables-stuffed-with-brown-rice","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/www.felsineoveg.com\/en\/recipe\/vegetables-stuffed-with-brown-rice\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegetables Stuffed with Brown Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Peel the vegetables, empty the zucchini using a corer. <\/li><li>Cut in half the tomatoes and peperoni and empty them. <\/li><li>Keep the flesh of all vegetables. <\/li><li>In a bowl, mix the brown rice (previously boiled)&nbsp;with the chickpea hummus together with the vegetable flesh previously chopped. <\/li><li>Season with chopped parsley and mint, squashed garlic. <\/li><li>Then add the veggie slices chopped with a knife. <\/li><li>Season with salt and pepper and cool down in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow all the different flavours to melt together. <\/li><li>Stuff the vegetables with the mixture and season with oil.
