Method
- Brown the burgers on medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil for about 2/3 minutes or until the breadcrumbs become crispy.
- Cut in two halves the buns, spread the cheese on the bottom halves and cover with spinach leaves.
- Add the well-browned breaded burger, the dried tomatoes and finally close with the top half of the bun.
