- Organic pre-cooked polenta

Heat the over at 180° for approximately 15 minutes. Cut the pre-cooked polenta in round disks and place then on a dish and cook. Remove the polenta from the oven when golden. Spread some pesto over each disk. The hemp seed oil pesto can be replaces with basil pesto for a more intense flavor. Cut the cheese in small stripes and place them on the pesto. Put the polenta back into the oven until the cheese begins to melt. When ready, put a veggie slice and serve warm.
