100% Organic Products
Organic nutrition supports the protection of our natural resources, as well as offering many benefits also for our wellbeing and to our health.
We have chosen to obtain Organic and Vegan certifications from an independent Competent Body, as we want to provide our customers the best guarantee in terms of quality and goodness. We have proudly achieved the Organic and Vegan certifications from the ICEA (Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute) Consortium.
Food from organic farming is grown and raised without the use of additives and substances from chemical synthesis. Only natural techniques are used for quality-oriented production and not the maximisation of quantitative yield.
Organic products are free from chemicals and pesticides residues, substances considered dangerous to human health. Not containing these elements, organic products do not oblige the body to metabolize these foreign compounds. This generates a minor stress for our body and so more energy availability.
Organic farming excludes the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
A Cleaner and Healthier Enviroment
Organic farming techniques respect the environment and its equilibrium. These techniques limit atmospheric and water pollution, avoid the excessive erosion of the natural resources and soil and also encourage environmental biodiversity.
More Fertile Land
The use of organic substances and the adoption of sustainable farming methods that do not exploit the soil in an intensive manner (for example crop rotation and non-intensive methods) improve soil conditions and protect natural fertility. Organic farming seeks to reverse the trend of modern intensive agriculture, in favour of a higher-quality production.
Organic farming is a production method defined and regulated at the Community level by EC Regulation 834/07 and the Implementing Regulation 889/08. The Regulations also control the labelling, controls, certifications and importation from non-UE countries.
Learn to read the labels is fundamental to recognise real organic products. In addition to the product information (ingredients, weight, storage method), organic products must clearly indicate other mandatory and distinctive elements on their labels.
